Use WCV: data workbench uploading marketing attributes

Hi,

 

We want to upload some data for the marketing attributes in the account object. We asked this functionality to SAP support and we got some steps to follow:

 

"To mass upload marketing attributes for accounts you can use Workbench available in C4C. Please navigate to WoC Workbench>import>choose the object as per your usecase>download CSV" Fill data & upload into system."

 

I followed these steps

 

 

But I don't see the necessary object for marketing attributes for accounts. When I download a certain file (Template_BusinessAttributesSetAttributeAssignment.csv) I only see data in one cell:

 

 

Is there something we're doing wrong?

Dear all,

 

I have set up a couple of workflow rules with rule type = notification. My Users are receiving both a notification in C4C and a generic Email:

 

 

You have been notified about a change of data in your system.

Depending on the type of change, this notification is intended to:

  • Inform you about the change
  • Require you to perform a task
  • Ask you to review data

 

Where can I switch this on/off and where can I change the content of the email?

Show Email and Notes interactions on Summary

Hi!

 

I am trying to edit my Service Request Summary such that it includes all of the email and notes interactions pertaining to that Service Ticket. I have Life Cycle Designer and have been able to identify the correct form and make certain changes, but I can not identify the proper data binding for the interactions portion of the form... I am including screen shots of the view in Life Cycle Designer.

[Urgent] Getting blank screen after login in C4C?

Hi,

I was working in adaptation mode in C4C.

And suddenly my C4C application got refreshed and asking for username and password.

When i login into the application, it shows the block page.

I waited for 1 hour but still getting same result.

 

Pls help, I am middle of my task and deliver by today only.

Mashup visibility in C4C

I have created a new URL and HTML mashup for ISU Transaction in C4C. But I'm not able to make it visible.

 

The button beside mashup is greyed out. Any help would be appreciated.

attaching survey to opportunity

Hi all

 

I have designed a new survey (category = checklist / type = general) and activated it.

 

Now I would like to attached it to an opportunity. But unfortunatelly when I open an opportunity > go to register "survey" and press the add button I can not choose any surveys.

 

I can add the survey to an activity plan but that is not what a want.

 

Do I have forgot a check in the implementation project or do I need some fine tuning?

How to allocate public pool customers in C4C?

Hi friends,

 

Does here have customers public pool  function in C4C system, or in C4C  have other form function replace it ?

 

For example, When customers leads convert to sales leads, the sales representatives assigned by the system automatically , and so on.

 

If you know some function about it or similar function, please tell me how to do it, thank you !

How to send Data From C4C to ECC?

Hello Experts,

 

     We have established a connection between C4C and our ECC through PI.

For testing purpose, we tried to Push a data ( Material Master / Product) from ECC to C4C.

This was done manually using IDOC.

 

Similarly, we want to try pushing a BusinessPartner from C4C to ECC.

 

Can You please guide us on Where and How to do it.?

Does the transfer of data happen through IDOC from C4C?

If so, Where in C4C can this configuration be done?

 

Also in the outbound communication arrangement for the Business partner Replication To SAP ERP, we have supplied the WebDispatcher (reverse proxy details ).

 

The link for the PI SOAP adapter is working fine. When we try to open the Service URL given in the communication Arrangement, we get the following status message. Please find the screenshot below. Is this Status Information right.?

Are there any additional steps that we need to follow?

How to enable the tabs parts, service, time and expense?

Hi all,

 

I'm setting up the Workcenters/ roles for service technicians.

Can anyone can help me with the configuration of making the tabs parts, service time and expense visible?

I have a brief instruction in a presentation (1511 Cloud for Service-Field Service/ Slides 92-96) but are missing information in this instruction.

 

The instruction says it is based on assignment in "BC (See slide 8)". I'm missing slide 8 and I don't know what they mean with BC.

Display letter for a Customer

I want to know how do we add Letter view in Activity list of a Customer similar to emails and phone calls. I couldn't find any option to enable in Adaptation mode or in Business Configuration.

Cost per Lead data source

Hi pros,

 

How can I access Cost per Lead Data source? It is listed as a data source for Cost per Lead report:

But when I try to make a joined data source with it, I can't see it in the list of data sources:

Sales order creation at zero price

Hi Friends,

 

I was trying to create a sales quote at zero price value as sometimes we have a sample products for which we have to generate sales order at zero value. Sales quote is getting created in the system successfully at zero price value(price of that product is already maintained 0.00 Rupees in price list).

Sales order created as sales quote follow up document, but not able to fetch price of the product. If I maintain price other that zero it is able to show me the relevant price.

 

Plz. help me how can I create a sales order at zero price value?

Feed available only in English

Hi pros,

 

How can I see feed messages in Russian? In our tennant Feed messages show up only in English regardless of system language:

I have already created two language adaptations from Russian to Russian and from English to Russian. Both adaptations are completly translated and do include both Feed work centers.

But feed messages are still in English only...

Error During Code List Mapping Upload

Hello Experts,


As Given by the documents : https://websmp101.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/012002523100002936942016E/C4C_QSG_1602.pdf

and Business Operations Guide for SAP Cloud for Customer


We are doing the Automated Configuration for Code List Mapping

1. I have downloaded the CodeList Group 03 - SAP on ONPREMISE Integration , with the delimiter as comma.

2. Using the downloaded archive file, I retrieved the differential mapping information from the SAP on-premise system as another .zip file.

3. Finally when I uploaded the .zip file after giving the same group code and delimiter, I get the following Error in Application Log :

Apart from these errors , we also get Warnings like these :

Can You please Help us on WHY this error occurs?

It would be grateful if you could please guide us on how to rectify the issue.
