C4C quote/order parent line and subitems like ECC
Hi,
after implementing an integrated Cloud for Customer we're now at the point of integrating quotes and orders in C4C.
The issue is, that we have a subitem structure in ECC which leads to a BOM explosion, and we would have to create quotes and orders in the same way in Cloud for Customer.
In our C4C we're not able to create a parent line / subitem stucture. Supposedly it is possible to use a text position but what we need is a value/material based position.
How do we create a parent line / subitem structure?

Use WCV: data workbench uploading marketing attributes
Hi,
We want to upload some data for the marketing attributes in the account object. We asked this functionality to SAP support and we got some steps to follow:
"To mass upload marketing attributes for accounts you can use Workbench available in C4C. Please navigate to WoC Workbench>import>choose the object as per your usecase>download CSV" Fill data & upload into system."
I followed these steps
But I don't see the necessary object for marketing attributes for accounts. When I download a certain file (Template_BusinessAttributesSetAttributeAssignment.csv) I only see data in one cell:
Is there something we're doing wrong?

C4C quote/order additional header/item text
Hi,
after implementing an integrated Cloud for Customer we're now at the point of integrating quotes and orders in C4C.
So far we haven't found a way to add more than two (C4C internal and external text) additional header texts or item texts.
For example delivery note text, invoice note text, internal/external note text or adding SO10 texts in general.
Does any know a way of adding more than two texts?

C4C Territory realignment run automatic execution scheduling ?
Hi,
I would like to know how we can schedule the automatic execution of a territory realignment run on a daily basis, so that every night, the whole Account/Lead/Opportunity data base is correctly affected to the right sales teams.
So far I found out that you can only execute a realignment run once, then it is obsolete... any help would be very welcome.

Linkedin & G+ Individual customer social info
Dear experts,
i have just noticed that, inside the individual customer profile, under social information section, there are 2 more social id fields: linkedin and google+ as shown in picture below
How can i use these fields at the moment? Is SAP planning to develop integration with linkedin and google plus ?

List of active business users
Hello,
I'm loocking for the list of active business users (ID and Name) during the last 3 months.
In ECC, the transaction SU01 allows to check this kind of information.
But I don't know where to find this information in C4C.

Tenant copy and follow up activities
Hello,
we are searching for documentation and experiences with tenant copies. We have got regulary copies on ERP-side and therefore tenant content has to be adapted.
Now we can't find any documentation which tells us which follow up activitites are neccessary. SAP Support says we have to do all again what's in integration guide - what an effort and not competable with a "normal" system copy.
For example with a full tenant copy all users have to be maintained again - normaly users are different in accounts and authorizations between test and productive system. There are no possibilities with export / import as known from ERP system copies.
In the ERP system copy guides there is a section with follow up activities - for C4C this seems not to exist.
And if we really have to do all acitivities from integration guide again it's really scaring! Because of changing URL and logical system name there are follow up activitities in ERP and PI too!
Who can support us with a check list or experiences with follow up activities after a tenant copy? I think we're not the first company which has to do this.

How to get the list of customers with web service?

CTI - Administrator Guide
Hello Folks,
I am trying to get any administrator guide which can help me to configure CTI in my C4C solution.
I found out some useful links and discussion but I am looking for a detailed documentation which will provide me the idea in depth about the steps i need to carry out at C4C.
And also in one of the PDF it was mentioned as we need to edit CTI project but from where to download it, I don't know.
Can anyone please help me out to get it through?

Calendar considering customer specific sales cycle
Hi C4C experts,
is there a way to map sales cycles to a calendar. Our customer divides the year into n sales cycles. Sales cycles consider only working days and have different amounts of days. E.g. sales cycle 1 has 10 working days, sales cycle 2 has 8 and sales cycle 3 has 11. The amount of days can differ in sales cycle 3 for 2016 in regard to sales cycle 3 for 2017. The sales cycle needs to be considered in reporting too.
Any suggestions are highly appreciated.

How to fallback to previous version of solution in SAP cloud studio
Hi Experts,
while implementing one requirement, i came across one situation,
where i have downloaded solution version 2, but i want to fallback to solution of version 1,
is it possible in cloud studio , that we can fallback to the previous version of the same solution.

Migrating solution configuration from test to productive tennant
Hi pros,
How can I migrate org structure, screen layouts, all extension fields, language adaptations and custom reports from test tennant into production?
I checked documentation about going from test to productive tennant and understood that all this data is not migrated. Do I download all of this from test tennant and then upload somehow? Or is there a standart way of doing it?

C4C multi-country phased rollout methodology?
We have been using SAP Launch on our C4C projects and the recent SAP Activate seems to be a rehash of SAP launch. These methodologies are only good for a single country implementation or a big bang rollout in a multi-country rollout.
I'm interested to know whether SAP has documented a methodology for C4C rollout to multiple countries (in a phased approach) Pushkar Ranjan The approach is different from traditional SAP on premise rollouts and I will just give a few examples:
- Business configuration --> We don't have the concept of transports in C4C. If C4C is live is one country and additional configuration is added for a new country my understanding is that the approach is to use Change projects --> very specific to C4C (we don't have the concept of SAP on premise transports)
- SDK developments --> no transport mechanism but export/import mechanism
Can anybody share experience and tips for this sort of phased multi-country project? Especially the main differences with SAP on premise.

Expose a personalized report view in a dashboard
Hi All,
I've created a modification of a view of a report
Report: Customer Insight: My Team's Activities By Month
View; Team's Activities by Employee
I want to now show this modified report view in a new dashboard we created. However when I go to the new dashboard and add a report, when I get to the Variant selection screen, it doesn't show up, only the Initial view.
Any idea how I can get this to work?

Add single contact to multiple accounts
Hi All,
Hope this is an easy question. We have a client contact that should be a part of multiple accounts, how do we create that scenario?
If the client contact was supposed to be a part of 10 different accounts we would not want to create that contact 10 times, each in its own account - to me, that would be creating 10 individual contacts with the same name/email address.
Any insight would be appreciated, thanks in advance
