Hi all,
I have a question regarding the offline synchronization in Cloud for Customer.
When the offline support is available on the IPad and someone makes changes in offline modus and at the same time another person makes a change on the same data on a laptop (with internet).
Will the IPad overwrite the data after synchronization? And is it possible to configure this?
Can someone provide me the right answer on this questions?

We have activated the ERP Cockpit as described in the documentation:

From the details of the account on the Sales Data tab you can also launch the ERP Cockpit with Actions ERP Cockpit and you can open an ERP Customer Factsheet as PDF with Actions ERP Customer Factsheet presumed your system is connected with ERP.
Prerequisites
To enable the Cloud for Customer system to launch the ERP Customer Cockpit you must do the following adaptations:
The service cfs_application is shown in the next screen.
Alternatively you can also to the following:
Start transaction SE80, select Web Dynpro Comp/Intf. and enter CFS_COMPONENT and click Display. Then open web dynpro applications cfs_application and under the properties, copy the URL from field URL.

When we test it we get the following result:

•Make sure the web address http://app-SYSID-hq-01.CUSTOMER.com:8000 is correct.
•Look for the page with your search engine.
•Refresh the page in a few minutes.
Fix connection problems
Have any of you worked with this, and can help us solve this? Is it a network failure? We have considered that we might miss some POWL in ECC, but this is not described in the documentation.

I'd like to ask about C4C Edge abilities in screen adaptation. I noticed that you can adapt screens, but you can't change any analytics. So my questions are:
- Is it possible to add new fileds to screens in C4C Edge?
- Is it possible to utilize new fields in standart repports?

Another requirement , wherein we are using Opp Id as external ID.
Now I have created a URL mashup which calls the external system(some 3rd party system) , and we are able to view the URL of 3rd party system.
Now The requirement is we need to use the EXTERNAL ID instead of the Internal ID of the OPP number, the C.L.M mapping is already available in C4C system , But since the URL Mashup is all standard ,we are getting the Internal ID. How would we use the External ID of the Opportunity and and replace the Internal ID with the External ID, in the URL mashup to view the 3rd party system.

We have a requirement to capture the IVR options which are selected during a call in the Live Activity pane and also based on the options we need to pre populate a standard screen in SAP C4C.
Example: If the customer is calling service agents in C4C regarding an issue related to sales order by selecting the IVR options like
Select the Customer Type
1.Non Existing customer
2.Existing Customer
1.Non Existing customer:
1.Issue with Sales Quote
2.Issue with Sales Order
2.Existing Customer :
1.Issue with Sales Quote
2.Issue with Sales Order
The IVR option he/she selected will be like
1-->Existing Customer
2-->Issue with Sales Order
Based on the IVR options he/she chooses the screen relevant to that needs to be pre populated to the service agents who are answering those calls.
Please provide any documents or approach to achieve this requirement.

I have added several (3) rss feed sources in Silverlight to the settings in C4C.
The system accepts all these feeds.
I leave the adaption mode.
Now the system displays only the feed of the first rss feed entry. All other entries are not available.
When I change the sequence oif the entries in the setting then I see another feed. But again only this one. Not the others.
How can I solve this issue?

As per our business requirement is it possible to copy one Account info (Activities- Appointments, Tasks, Phone Calls & Contact person) to another Account? Our business wants to retain the info in source account, hence we wants to know is there any option of copy functionality.
Note: I am aware of the account info movement through mass data maintenance, in this way all the activities will be moved from one account to another, but after the movement there is no data available in source account, because we moved the data so it is available in target account. The requirement is we want retain the data in source account also, hence we are looking for copy functionality.
Please let me know your ideas.

Currently we have an option in SAP C4C to configure Working Day calendar in Organization Structure but our client has requirement to configure Holiday Calendar instead of Working Day calendar. Could you please let me know is there any standard option available to configure Holiday Calendar in SAP C4C.

Hi experts,
we tried to connect C4C with our onPremise ERP System via PI - but have problems:
Landscape:
PI and ERP communicate via RFC
C4C and PI communicate via HTTPS (Service URLs)
ERP and PI are in DMZ because of architectural reasons
The communication of cloud to PI is not guaranteed.
C4C has its won function to test the communication.
This returns the following error message:
Error accessing Service; Service Pink ERROR: Eroor when calling SOAP Runtime functions:
SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: (ICF Error when receiving the Response: ICM_HTTP_SSL_ERROR") ( )
This error message appears regardless of the authentication method (None / SSLClient Certificate / User&PW).
The Proxy configuration appears correct.
attemped solutions:
Renewed uploading of C4C certificates in PI through basis to exclude false uploading as an error source.
Proxy certificate renewed.
Does anyone has an idea?
Would be very happy about suggentions...

I have successfully sent my first email marketing campaign using the cloud demo (digital for customer).
Can anyone point me how to send a Survey using the same? I was able to create the survey itself, but am not certain on how to have it sent. When going in Campaigns, I cannot find where to use the survey I created in order to send it.
