Activity Plan As Mandatory in C4C

Dear All,

I need to have more details about the flag "mandatory" for activity plan in C4C.

I already know  that in the routing rules it' s possible to set tasks and surveys as assigned automaticaly and/or as mandatory (without any effective check in the system) e.g during visit creation, but I have no information about the behavior of the system if the flag "mandatory" has been selected.
