Monitoring C4C via Solution Manager

Hello,

I found a note 2065362 which describes the monitoring setup for C4C in Solution Manager.

There are some configurations necessary, for example the connection via certificates between both systems and configurations in tenant and solman workcenter Root Cause Analysis.

Can anybody tell me what can be monitored? Is there a list of "features" or some screeenshots?
