Check connection Service ping error Not Found (404)

Dears,

I'm configuring the communication arrangement to send Customer from C4C to SAP ERP via HCI. The connection test return the message below:

Error accessing service; Service Ping ERROR: Not Found (404)

In the HCI message monitor there aren't message, please consider that I'm recreating the comunication arrangement after a C4C system copy and in the previous tenant the connections worked well.

What I can check ? How I can fix it?
