How can we call a custom action on click of ID link in OWL ?

Hi Experts,

We are implementing one functionality where on click of ID in owl i want to call custom action before opening TI screen its binded to.

but i am unable to do so as i have put first create operation in event handler then  calling my custom action

but its going to custom action but all BO fields are coming null

how can i read the ID field value in code
