Create Button(click event) on Standard Object Extension - "Customer"

Dear all,

I create an extension for  standard object "customer", and enhance screen "COD_Account_TI.TI.xuicomponent".

I want add button/action(which have customized logic) on the screen.

When I add action on the object, there is an error "Key word 'action' is not supported in non-ESF2 business object extensions".

Seems customer.xbo do not allowed to do this.( I can do it on opportunity)

Now I only know how to add an OBN button. It is only able to link to another object.(Maybe I'm wrong.)

Does anyone know if we can add button that have customized logic on customer.xbo? If yes, how to do it?
