Hello there.
1) I've configured an approval proccess for ticket if some custom field is set. \o/
2) If I open a ticket and set the custom field, the warning message 'send for approval' appears. \o/
3) I just ignore the message and change the ticket status to complete.=/
Is there a standard way to block the user of closing the ticket without sending to approval? Or it shoud be done by code?
