Hello everyone,
Could you please help me with a couple of questions:
1. When an account sends a ticket to our service organisation, Is it possible to send and automatic initial responses once the ticked is received in SAP Hybirs C4C. Should I setup a workflow rule form the application and user management work center or use another option instead?
2. Can we setup automatic responses to tickets to be delivered in the same channel used by the customer to create the ticket (i.e automatic response through Facebook, Twitter, SMS)
