Is there a limit on the number of tab screens or panes we can create for using extension fields. The requirement is that I have to create several tab screens to add extension fields and include these tab screens in several page layouts per instance type. In other words based on instance - Ticket Type selected on the ticket, a specific tab screen is displayed on the ticket with extension fields.
I noticed that there were 3 tab screens already available out of box. I adapted these, created extension fields within these tabs, assigned them to 3 specific page layouts. This works fine.
I created a new tab screen and tried to add extension fields but this tab screen is not available to add extension fields. I am seeing only the ticket header available. Is there any restriction? Do I have to create any section within the tab to add extension fields?
