Hi Experts,
I have set up c4c work ticket integration with on premise SAP ERP. The c4c work ticket with service products and spare parts line items are set to finish status ,saved and released to ERP . The controlling integration works perfectly fine and Debit memo creation , CATS posting , Material withdrawal document creation happens .
Post billing of the debit memo , cost analysis on the Internal order shows the planned cost to be zero . the actuals are captured as defined . PLS see screenshot for reference.
Why is the Planned cost coming as zero ? Is this anything specific to c4c work ticket integration scenario? Has anyone faced this ?
