Hi C4C community,
I have a business requirement to capture the face off for each contact in C4C.
It means that for each contact, there is one employee who is the main interlocutor for this contact and who has a privileged realtionship with this contact at the customer's site.
How can I implement this in C4C ?
I searched for some "contact owner" field on the contact object, but could not find it, and I could not create a custom field on the standard contact object, to link it to the employee object.
Any idea will be very welcome.
