Access to Add Company Specific Help

Hi C4C Community!

I am looking to add the rights for someone other than an Admin to use the Add/Edit Company-Specific in the Help Center.

This is to enable a learning coordinator to manage this collateral.

Cannot find an option in Work center and view assignments to add this.

Any help would be sincerely appreciated.
