Error accessing service; Service Ping ERROR: Error when calling SOAP Runtime functions: SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: ("ICF Error when receiving the response: ICM_HTTP_PROXY_UNAUTHORIZED") ()

Hi,

I am getting this error in Outbound Communication while performing Connection check. We have connected to PI system. (not HCI)

We have done all the steps, installed all certificates. But still getting this error.

Any help would be appreciated.
