Hi,
I am trying to make a custom report that aggregates the data from Leads, Opportunities and Sales Quotes. It should show the money equivalent that we have in Leads, Opportunities, all Sales Qutes, accepted Sales Quotes and Sales Quotes we got the money transferred already. SO it forms a money funnel in some way.
To start on that task I added an extension field Lead Expected Value to Lead object and added it to Leads data source. Then I created a Combined Data Source from Leads, Leads Funnel, Opportunities and Sales Quotes including fields calendar year, account and expected value.
I encountered a problem when designing a report since I can't distinguish expected value from different objects. Now I wonder if it is possible to:
- distinguish expected value/net value fields from each other?
- rename these field labels in the report only? (the client insists on using their terminology)
- calculate an additional key figure for the value of accepted Sales Orders?
- calculate an additional key figure for already paid Sales Orders?
