How to map any property of the SalesQuote to a Template EMail?

Hi Experts!!

I have the following situation, In the sales quote i need to send a mail (configured in a Template) but i cannot to attach the name of the assesor of the Sales quote.

First I Created a Form HTML for the template. (#FormattedAddressDescription# this was an example to map any property of the salesquote but i can´t to map this value to the template )

Next step. I add the e-mail template in the Form Template Maintenance

Now, when the mail was sented, i cannot see the value of these field ("#FormattedAddressDescription#")

Note: i  need the name of the asessor os the Sales Quote.
