SDK TI component opened as new instead of edit mode

Hello,

I work on a specific BO for 3 weeks and all was ok until today where the TI form is now opened to create new record instead of edit an existing record :

Usually the data of the existing record are displayed but now the fields are empties and I have directly the button "Save" instead of "Edit". And when I save a new record is created.

I don't know if there is a link but today another TI component has been created, used for the node part of the BO. Maybe is there a conflict ?
