Problem in Adding Twitter handle to Individual customers account

Hello experts

 

I am unable to add the twitter handle of my customers to their respective account. I am adding the twitter handle to the customer page, and saving it.

But when I am again re-opening the customer master, the entry does not show, and hence I am unable to link the twitter handle of the customer to their account information. I am doing this to identify the account which is used to create a particular Social media message.

 

Also I am facing the following error when I try to edit the twitter field.

 

/SAP_BYD_UI_CT/Main/Support/UIDesignerPreview.QA.uicomponent and /SAP_BYD_UI_CT/Main/Support/UIDesignerPreview.QA.uicomponent marked as Application. Adapt if not correct or open an incident
