Usage report for C4C (by user and duration)

Hi All,

I'm looking for a report that shows usage of C4C, by login and time, and so far I've found the following.

In Silverlight --> Admin --> General Settings --> Usage and Response Time Statistics

The first report 'Usage Statistics' is ok from a high-level perspective

The other (beta) reports just open a blank screen to me. I think I've seen these in the past and they should be able to tell me who has logged into the system and their duration. Am I just dreaming or should this work...or is there another out-of-the-box report I can run to get what i'm looking for?
